Your API key and Extension preferences are stored locally on your device for as long as the Extension is installed. You can remove this data at any time by uninstalling the Extension or clearing its data through your browser settings.

You may also revoke API access by regenerating your OpenAI API key through your OpenAI account. The Extension only processes text when you explicitly initiate it - you are always in control of when and what content is sent for processing.

The AI Communication Extension's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
